I was speaking to a friend last night that told me she’d met a man on a swinger’s website. They’ve met up a few times and now they’re looking for another couple to play with. The only trouble is, he’s married and his wife knows nothing about his swinging lifestyle.
Hmmm… not good!
Although a lot of people have misconceptions about swinging, believing it’s all about having sex with anybody and everybody regardless of what your partner thinks or feels, that isn’t the case at all. Swinging is very much about openness and honesty within the relationship and, in my opinion, somebody who is cheating on his wife is not a true swinger but a player who’s just looking for a bit of fun on the side. There really is a huge difference.
I suggested to my friend that, instead of spending time with a cheater, she join a club that’s open to singles and see if she can’t meet a man who’d be interested in becoming her permanent swinging partner. Or she could try looking online again. Whatever way, spending time with somebody who is going behind his wife’s back in order to swing really isn’t the way to go.
You may well think this is just me pointing a finger but, believe me, you’ll find that most of those who take the swinging lifestyle seriously will agree with me and few couples will be interested in playing with anybody who isn’t being entirely honest with his partner.
