I’m going to give you the terminology we use to let others know about our relationship status or the kind of relationship we’re looking for.
MBA – Married But Available.
This is usually used to let others know that we’re up for swinging even though we’re married and have no intention of developing any kind of relationship other than sexual.
NSA – No Strings Attached
A person may not necessarily be in a relationship but they’re not looking for one either. Just sex, thanks.
SWF/SWM – Sing White Female/Male
This doesn’t need any further explanation, does it? If it says SBF/SBM then exchange white for black.
FB – Erm…. F**k Buddy
Sorry, but I can’t write the word here but you get the gist, right?
SALT – Single and Loving It
Again, no relationship wanted – just good, clean, sexy fun!
Hope this is helpful. I know from my own experience that understanding all this isn’t easy when you’re new to the scene and it’s a bore if you go marching in, believing somebody’s single and available only to find out there’s a wife or husband on the edge somewhere.
