Do you have rhythm? If you’re good on the dance floor then sex to music should be steamier than a hot tub in Jamaica!

When I say sex to music I don’t mean having sex while music plays in the background, I mean actually moving to the rhythm of the music. Dancing in bed!

You’ll need a partner who also has rhythm because, just like dancing elsewhere, the dance won’t be that enjoyable if only one of you has rhythm and the other can’t follow the beat to save his or her life. BUT, if both of you are able to move to music, actually using the beat and rhythm during sex can be out of this world.

I’m lucky because both Malc and I are pretty good dancers. We’ve taken salsa, flamenco and swing classes and I did ballroom dancing as a kid, so when we put on our favourite shagging music, the bedroom really heats up.

Basically, all you do is imagine you’re dancing. But that the dance involves discovering each others’ bodies. Everything you do has to be in time to the music, whether it’s kissing, caressing, or actually making love.
