I was recently having a discussion with a friend about threesomes and who’s most likely to be a candidate, and she insisted that if you’re looking for somebody to join you in a menage-a-trois, then to look for single mothers.

I was intriqued. Why single mums?

Apparently they’re love life is generally the pits. In order to date they have to first find a baby-sitter who they may well have to pay, then they meet a guy a few times and start feeling guilty about leaving their child so often but the guy, of course, wants to see her regularly. Because she doesn’t want her child to experience a parade of “uncles”, she can’t invite him home at this stage and she can’t spend the night with him, either. He looses interest and its back to the drawing board for her.

“These woman are being denied sex,” my friend said and suddenly I understood it. Yes, she could well be right.

By joining a threesome she’ll get the sex she wants without the strings attached to “dating” and without having to stay overnight or invite anybody back to her house.

Worth keeping in mind, perhaps?
